🚐 About the Vehicle and Driving

What type of driver's license do I need?

You only need a category B driving license (car license) held for at least two years. It's important that the driver is over 25 years old for insurance purposes.

Is it difficult to drive?

Not at all. Although it's bigger than a car, it drives very similarly. Our motorhome has a reversing camera to make maneuvering easier. You just need to be especially careful with heights (tunnels or branches) and braking distance.

What fuel does it use and how much does it consume?

It runs on diesel. Average consumption is around 12 liters per 100 km, depending on the load and driving style. We deliver it with a full tank and you must return it the same way.

💰 Reservations and Payments

What does the rental price include?

The price includes VAT, comprehensive insurance with a €1,000 deductible, 24-hour roadside assistance, 200km per day (or unlimited kilometers for €10/day) and a welcome kit with the necessary toilet chemicals.

How does the bail work?

A €1,000 deposit is required and must be paid in cash or by bank transfer before departure. If the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was rented, we will refund the full amount within 24-48 hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

- If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the deposit will be charged.

- If you cancel between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the deposit will be charged.

- If you cancel less than 16 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

🛠️ Life on Board

Do I have to empty the tanks before returning it?

Yes, the motorhome must be returned with the grey water tank (shower and kitchen) and the toilet (black water/toilet) completely empty and clean. Otherwise, a cleaning charge of €100 will be applied for not emptying the black water and €40 for not emptying the grey water. The fresh water tank does not need to be filled.

What should I bring from home?

We provide kitchenware (plates, pans, coffee maker). You only need to bring your clothes, toiletries, and, if you haven't booked the "Comfort Pack," your bed linen and towels. (Bed linen €30 per booking) (Towels €20 per booking)

How do electricity and hot water work?

The motorhome is self-sufficient thanks to its solar panel and auxiliary battery. Hot water and the refrigerator run on gas (we provide two cylinders, one of which is full). Heating is powered by diesel from the vehicle's tank. To use standard 220V outlets (like those for a hairdryer) and the living area's air conditioning, you will need to be connected to a campsite's electrical system.

Are pets allowed?

Of course! We're pet-friendly. We know they're part of the family. We just ask that you be responsible with the furniture.

Can I travel outside of Spain?

Yes, you can travel to all European Union countries covered by the Green Card insurance policy. If you plan to leave Spain, please let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Where do I leave my car while I'm traveling?

You can leave your vehicle parked for free in the same pick-up area. It's a very quiet and safe residential area with free parking (no parking meters or blue zones) for the entire rental period.
