1. Vehicle Coverage (Comprehensive Insurance)

Travel with the peace of mind of Helvetia Insurance, protected against any unforeseen event:

• Mandatory and Voluntary Third-Party Liability: Protection against damages to third parties.

• Comprehensive Coverage (Own Damage): Covers collisions, rollovers, and impacts (Subject to deductible).

• Theft and Fire: Full protection of your vehicle against these events.

• Windshield Breakage: Complete coverage for windshields and windows.

• Natural Disasters: Coverage against hail, floods, and extreme winds.

2. Travel and Health Assistance (ARAG)

Thanks to our policy with ARAG, you have access to one of the best roadside assistance programs on the market:

• Medical Assistance in Case of Accident: Up to €3.000 at affiliated medical centers.

• Emergency Roadside Repair: If the vehicle can be repaired in less than 30 minutes, labor is included so you can continue your journey.

• Vehicle Towing: In case of a serious breakdown, we'll take your vehicle to the nearest repair shop.

• Professional Chauffeur Service: If the driver is unable to drive due to illness or accident, ARAG will send a chauffeur to take the motorhome and its occupants to their home or destination.

3. Comprehensive Legal Defense

• Criminal Defense: Up to €1.500 for legal defense costs in traffic accident cases.

• Damage Claims: Professional assistance in claiming damages caused by third parties to your motorhome or belongings.

• Telephone Legal Advice: Unlimited consultations with lawyers for any legal questions during your trip.

Franchise and Deposit Information

It's important that you understand how damage management works so you don't encounter any surprises:

• • Insurance Deductible: Our comprehensive insurance policy has a deductible of €1.000. This means that in the event of damage to the vehicle caused by the renter, the renter will be responsible for the costs up to this amount.

  • Security Deposit: To cover this deductible, a security deposit of €1.000 is required upon vehicle delivery.

    • If you return the motorhome in the same condition as when you received it, the deposit will be fully refunded.

    • In the event of an accident or damage, the deposit will be used to cover the insurance deductible.
